Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
We do our utmost to see that your order is delivered in a timely manner. Orders are able to be shipped within 24 hours of you placing your online order and in most cases we ship orders the same day received.
Orders for expedited Next Day Airshipping must be placed by 10:00am Central Time and you MUST phone and speak with a representative to confirm the order for your order to go out the same day you placed your order. For Next Day and Second Day air deliveries we use UPS or FedEx. Please remember that UPS does not deliver or ship on weekends. FedEx ships and delivers on Saturday but not Sunday.
For standard USPS Priority you do not need to call to confirm your order. Your order in most cases will be shipped the same day as you placed the order or within 24 hours.
International orders are not available for expedited delivery methods. If you do not see your country please contact us and we will calculate shipping costs for you.
Forlora, Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or shipping carrier delays. We are not responsible for burial materials arriving later that what was needed, unless it is from your order not being shipped within a reasonable time of your order being received.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return orders due to manufacturing defect are accepted for credit or exchange (our choice) in the U.S. if returned within 30 days. We will pay the return shipping if there is a manufacturing defect. You must contact us for instructions before returning your order. If there is a manufacturing defect we may ask you not to return the item and we will replace the item at our discretion. Items that are damaged during shipping (other than Burial Shrouds) may be returned if we are contacted within 30 days of your order and the item will be replaced or your credit card will be refunded.
Burial Shrouds are Non-Refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
If you change your mind after purchasing burial rings or other materials (excluding Burial Shrouds) you will be issued a store credit. You are responsible for the return shipping in this situation.
A $15.00 restocking fee will apply for all returned items, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
All warranties expire after 30 days.
Burial Shrouds cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. We are not responsible for burial supplies arriving late.
Jewelry
All costume jewelry is guaranteed not to tarnish during normal wear and tear for one year after purchase. Abuse of jewelry will void the warranty. The use of cleaning chemicals and/or other harsh chemicals may damage the finish of the jewelry and will void the warranty.
You must call for instructions before returning your order or your return package will be refused.
